Join Our Volunteer Team!
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise coordinated with and approved by Ke Kukui Foundation. If you have a child age 13 - 17 interested in volunteering, please contact [email protected] for approval.

2. Volunteer opportunities will be listed on separate pages by date. If you are looking to Volunteer on a specific day, use the buttons at the bottom to search through days.
3. When you see a shift you would like to commit to, click "Sign Up". Please feel free to sign up for multiple shifts (we love help!!) but be sure that your times donʻt overlap.
4. Once you selected your shift(s), click "Continue to Registration" and you will be prompted to provide your information.
5. Click "Next" and continue on to provide your information.
6. Click "Complete" and wait for your confirmation email for more details about volunteer check-in.
7. Complete Waivers. Please have your ID ready to submit a photo of your ID.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email [email protected] to confirm your registration.
COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSION
Volunteers may redeem one of the following admission benefits:
Day Of: When volunteering for any shift at Esther Short Park, you may receive FREE ADMISSION to the day you are volunteering.
Following Event: When volunteering for ALL shifts of one event, you may request FREE ADMISSION to one of the eligible following events:
- All shifts on Friday (Hapa Haole Hula Competition) = Free Admission to Saturday Hōʻike OR Sunday Celebration of Cultures
APPRECIATION GIFTS
Volunteers will receive a bottle of Waiakea Volcanic Water after each shift.
1 SHIFT - Pick up your volunteer snack pack that includes a 4 Days of Aloha sticker when checking out of your first shift.
2 SHIFTS - Receive our Hui Kākoʻo t-shirt, exclusively made for 4 Days of Aloha volunteers, when checking in to your second shift.
3 SHIFTS - Receive a 4 Days of Aloha pin, when checking out of your third shift.
4 SHIFTS - Receive a 4 Days of Aloha bag, when checking out of your fourth shift.
5 SHIFTS - Receive a special surprise makana (gift) when checking out of our fifth shift.
6 SHIFTS - Receive a special invitation to our mahalo pāʻina hosted by Ke Kukui Foundation Executive Director.

4 Days of Aloha Volunteer Expectations & Code of Conduct
As a 4 Days of Aloha Volunteer we appreciate your commitment to:
1. Represent 4 Days of Aloha and Ke Kukui Foundation with the aloha spirit.
2. Treat all community members with respect, courtesy and dignity.
3. Be reliable and responsible. Volunteers are expected to act honestly & ethically.
4. Be punctual for your volunteer duty or shift.
5. Communicate with the volunteer coordinator if unable to make your shift as assigned.
6. Communicate any issues or concerns which are likely to affect your volunteer duties.
7. Communicate any personal needs to your area/team lead (i.e. bathroom break, rest break, etc.)
8. Complete your volunteer duties as assigned and directed from your area/team lead.
9. Conduct volunteer duties free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.
10. Communicate with your area/team lead prior to leaving your assigned area.
